No, your VIP Level gauge refreshes every 1st day of the month.

 

What weapons and items do I get to use once I reach the required VIP level?

The weapons available for use are rare skinned weapons or avatars that are exclusive only to the VIP system’s users, but we will change the rewards every 6 months.
